Phil Parkman
nPhil first me Ian when they played together in a 5 peice band in 1983. At the time Phil was also a snare drummer for the City of Hull Pipe Band.
He was a member of the City of Hull for over 20yr.
Ian and Phil met up again a few years ago and he now plays for the Kingstown Scottish Pipe Band when required.
