Judie Barr

Judie was taught to play the bagpipes with the Kingstown Scottish Pipe Band back in 1994. After leaving school she went to work in London as a nanny and joined the London Irish Pipe Band. During this time she played at the Albert Hall, appeared on the Royal Variety Show and took part in the Lord Mayors parade.
After this she moved on and spent a short time with the Royal Air Force Halton Pipe Band. After taking some time out to have a daughter she returned to the Kingstown Scottish Pipe Band in 2007.
